Lisa Western blot

Antibodies are extremely expensive. The required volume of antibody solution is too much for Western blotting (antibody manufacturers like that).

Principle of Lisa Western blot

Liquid capillary action is utilized to form a thin layer of diluted antibody solution over Western blot. Such thin layer of antibody solution is covered so that evaporation problem is also solved.

Operation Steps of Lisa Western blot

1. Place a Lisa Western blot on Western blot membrane.

2. Add antibody dilution to Lisa Western blot. Antibody forms a thin layer to

    immerse Western blot membrane.

3. Shake or rock western blot membrane the same way as your routine.

4. Remove Lisa Western blot and wash western blot membrane the same way

    as before.

5. Rinse Lisa Western blot for next application.
