Warranty and Returns

In the past 11 years, the  total return rate was 1 unit in every 3,648 units sold.

With 11-year manufacturing experience, Biokeystone quality has been superior over the industry standard, which gives Biokeystone the power and confidence to accept any return claims without asking your reason or requesting pre-authorization. 

Return Policy

Any Biokeystone items can be returned as your wish. You do not need to give Biokeystone any explanation for your return. You do not need pre-authorization for your return. Just simply send a notification email to info@biokeystone.com. The refund will be sent to you as your request.

You will obtain 100% refund of the item price for returns made in 30 days of purchase.

Warranty Policy

For durable items, such as gel chambers and combs, Biokeystone provides one full year of warranty against defective materials  and workmanship, beginning on the date of purchase.  Any defective durable item will be repaired or replaced by Biokeystone without charge to customers.  

For disposable items or items require normal replacement, customers should replace them as necessary to maintain normal functionality.

The warranty is voided for any item that has been abused or mistreated (not used or stored according to instructions provided with the item), has been altered physically, damaged accidentally, or accelerated material aging from abuse or mistreatments. 

Liability Policy

All Biokeystone instruments must be operated by trained personnel in accordance with normal or specified safety precautions. Biokeystone shall not be held liable for loss, damage, expenses, consequential and accidental damage of persons or properties resulting from use of its products. 

Biokeystone expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory.
