Warranty
Policy
Biokeystone provides one full
year warranty against defective materials,
beginning on the date of purchase. Any defective items will be
repaired or replaced by Biokeystone without charge to customers.
The warranty is voided for any items that
were abused or mistreated (not used or stored according to instructions provided with the item),
has been altered, damaged accidentally, or accelerated material aging from abuse.
Return
Policy
Items
can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Return items should be
cleaned and packed securely for shipment. Restocking fee will be charged
if returned item were damaged or scratched.
Customers will
still be able to obtain partial refund if items were used and then returned after
30-day period.
Liability
Policy
All
Biokeystone instruments must be operated by trained personnel in accordance with normal or
specified safety precautions. Biokeystone shall not be held liable for losses, damages, expenses, consequential and
accidental damage of persons or properties resulting from use of its products.
Biokeystone expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied or
statutory.
