Warranty Policy

For durable items, such as gel chambers and combs, Biokeystone provides one full year of warranty against defective materials  and workmanship, beginning on the date of purchase.  Any defective durable item will be repaired or replaced by 6mgel without charge to customers.  

The warranty is voided for any item that has been abused or mistreated (not used or stored according to instructions provided with the item), has been altered physically, damaged accidentally, or accelerated material aging from abuse or mistreatments. 

Liability Policy

All Biokeystone instruments must be operated by trained personnel in accordance with normal or specified safety precautions. Biokeystone shall not be held liable for loss, damage, expenses, consequential and accidental damage of persons or properties resulting from use of its products. 

Biokeystone expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory.

Biokeystone is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities.
